Vignoble Du PicBois :

The PicBois Vineyard was born from the partnership of John Baldwin with André and David Pollender in 2019. However, it wasn’t until 2021 that the winemaking adventure truly began with the incorporation of the company and the planting of 11,000 vines. In the following years, several thousand additional vines were planted. The 4-hectare estate, located in Brigham on the Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route, now hosts 17,000 vines.

The partners’ desire to stand out led them to choose rarer grape varieties, such as Syrah, Muscat, Cayuga, Geisenheim, and Riesling, cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture. Common grape varieties in Quebec, such as Vidal, Seyval Blanc, and Pinot Gris, complete their portfolio. White, red, and rosé wines have been offered to agritourists visiting their vineyard since 2023
