Vignoble de Pomone : the fruits of the earth

In Roman mythology, Pomona is the goddess of fruits. In Quebec viticulture, Pomone is a vineyard where 53,000 vines are planted, but also strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples, garlic and asparagus, grown as naturally as possible. The vineyard is also in full conversion to obtain an organic certification.

The Vignoble de Pomone is located in Coteau-du-Lac, in the Montérégie region, in one of the hottest regions of Quebec. Driven by a desire for pride, Sylvie and Sylvain have been cultivating vines there since 2009: Vidal, Saint-Pépin, Baco, Frontenac Noir, Marquette, Sabrevois, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and several other grape varieties grow on the 16 hectares of the estate. Since 2019, the first cuvées of the vineyard are available for sale. Whites, reds, rosé and orange, made with a mission in mind: to produce excellent wines, while exploiting the land with respect.
