Clos Sainte-Thècle: each cuvée has its own personality!

Since 2019, the Clos Sainte-Thècle vineyard, founded in 2003, has been owned by Éric Blouin and Annie Trépanier, the new guardians of this unique Terroir of the Mauricie region. With the deep desire to preserve the biodiversity of the land of 4.7 hectares certified organic, Annie takes care of the fields with meticulousness. Eric, who studied for a decade in an Oregon vineyard, is now having a blast in the cellar of his own vineyard.

The wines that result from the work of the couple, vinified in small unique batches, express the personality of each vintage. The six grape varieties that grow at Clos Sainte-Thècle are aged sometimes in stainless steel vats, sometimes in concrete eggs, amphora or oak barrels, depending on the inspiration of the cellar master.
