L’Ardennais Vineyard

Located in the Eastern Townships in Stanbridge East, the Piedmont of the Appalachians, the first vines were planted in 1994. They line up on a hillside made up of sandy loam from glacial deposits and slate.

The main grape varieties are Vidal, Seyval, Riesling, Chancellor, Petite Pearl, Marquette and Pinot noir. Pier and Stéphanie, two enthusiasts, have always dreamed of a large land.

Coming from the restaurant business to become a winegrower was natural. “Our vision is to cultivate vines while nourishing the earth and respecting the fauna that inhabit it”
