Château de Cartes, a family-oriented vineyard in a warm and lively atmosphere
Always on the lookout for new techniques and trends in Nordic viticulture, we first choose grape varieties that are well-suited to our terroir. Hybrid varieties, which are less sensitive and better adapted to our climatic conditions, help us reduce our environmental footprint.
Each cluster is then harvested and processed manually with the utmost care. Fermentation in small batches allows us to maximize the potential of each of our plots. A meticulous blending process follows during aging to ensure product consistency before bottling.
