Aux Volets Noirs: a vineyard on a human scale (where everything is done by hand!)
Located in Très-Saint-Sacrement in Montérégie-Ouest, we have chosen to cultivate the white, gray and black Frontenac grape varieties. These rustic grape varieties withstand our harsh winters without protection.
We practice natural agriculture in order to increase biodiversity in the plots. Diseases and insect pests are controlled through the natural balance. Thus, no chemical input is used in the vineyard: no pesticides, fungicides or herbicides.
Our goal is to offer authentic wines reflecting the vintage.
Hope to see you!
