Domaine Oak Hill: Natural wines coaxed from organic grapes.
The cold-hardy organic vines of Domaine Oak Hill are planted in a sandy loam soil, on the slate plateau of beautiful Melbourne Township. Four different grape varieties (La Crescent, St-Pépin, Marquette and Petite Perle) are nurtured in the field without chemical treatments. They are harvested with care and undergo a « natural » vinification process, using only native yeasts and without added oenological ingredients or manipulations.
Our intention is for our wines to freely express their nature and our terroir!
