Our mission: to produce high quality wines and ciders while respecting and using the peculiarities of the Quebec climate.
Located on the east side of Mont Yamaska, in St-Paul-d’Abbotsford, the Estate benefits not only from the natural protection of the mountain against cold winter winds, but also from the peculiarities of the sandy and gravelly soils at the base of the Montérégiennes, thus bringing a natural drainage conducive to the cultivation of vines and apple trees. We decided to work with the St-Pépin, Frontenac Gris and Vidal grape varieties. This choice thus directs us towards the production of white wines.
We favor cultivation and vinification methods which bring quality before quantity.
