.Rigor. Passion. Devotion. This is what Louis Thomas, winemaker, implements to produce quality wines that have their unique character, the result of perseverance and dedicated work in every detail.
The grapes are grown in Varennes with a focus on sustainable development. We take care of our vines by hand, season after season, on the 4 hectares cultivated with vinifera and hybrid varieties.
The river and its banks are anchored in the heart of the Thomas family. Walks, outdoor dining, and gatherings by the river inspired the estate’s name in tribute to these unique moments.
