Équinoxe: Artisans of Nature
In 2020, Audrey-Anne and Marc-Antoine took over the Goyette family orchard, established more than seventy years ago. This marked the beginning of a major diversification of the business, starting with the conversion of production to organic farming, followed by cider making, the raising of free-range cattle and poultry, the planting of two vineyard parcels, and the opening of the farm’s country bistro in 2024.
Today, Équinoxe is firmly rooted in the beautiful Eastern Townships region and welcomes both visitors and locals to its farm bistro, where food lovers can enjoy an approachable menu paired with their naturally crafted wines, ciders, and spirits.
