Vignoble Hemmingford : The love of a picturesque region, of wine, and of the land
Nestled in the southernmost part of Quebec, Vignoble Hemmingford is a project born out of a passion for wine and a commitment to the growth of Quebec wines. Since its founding in 2017 by Benoit Labelle, the estate has become a true family adventure. Alongside his partner Dominique, a marketing specialist, he cultivates 100% Vitis vinifera vines, in harmony with the land and with respect for the environment.
Launched on a small scale, the project continues to grow and will soon include more than 11,000 vines. Their wines, available since July 2024, are sold on-site and will soon be offered in specialty stores and select restaurants. The couple is focused on producing high-quality wines despite Quebec’s harsh winters, relying on exceptional terroir, carefully managed yields, and meticulous oak barrel aging.
More than just a vineyard, it is a love story — between the land, the wine, and those who create it — driven by an eco-conscious vision and a promising future for Quebec wines.
