The Domaine Amalgames represents an identity that now more personally expresses our vision of viticulture. Amalgames is the dream of our team, composed of agronomists, sommeliers, and friends, for whom collaboration at work and sharing a bottle are synonymous with pleasure!
Our attachment to the terroir guides the selection of grape varieties from the start. These varieties are rustic, adapted to the northern climate, while being aromatic and expressing the full authenticity of the Quebec terroir.
At the heart of our actions is a love for nature, agriculture, and the soil that provides us with its fruits. Our gravelly soils, having experienced the passage of the Champlain Sea thousands of years ago, tell a unique story of ancient sand and shells that bring minerality and freshness to our products.
For us, viticulture is the expression, bottled, of the passing time, which brings us together and keeps us connected to the earth.
