Surrounded by maple groves and planted on a sandy clay loam, Vignoble 1292 is established on an exceptional site for growing vines.
The vines were planted on very healthy soil. Before the vines were planted, the land had been cultivated in hay for many years and had not been exhausted by intensive cultivation. The mode of cultivation chosen for the vineyards of Vignoble 1292 is “sustainable farming”, that is to say that the winegrowers adapt to the functioning of the local ecosystem in order to use the least amount of chemical substances possible and thus minimize the ‘environmental impact.
