The Vignoble du Marathonien was born in May 1990 when Line and Jean Joly planted their first vine plant as a sign of passion for viticulture and their love of wine.

The Vineyard has an area of 2.5 hectares with its 10,000 vine plants aged 20 to 29 years on average. We only produce white, rosé, red and sweet wines. The majority of plants are French hybrids such as Seyval, GM318 and Vidal. In red, the Maréchal Foch variety has adapted very well to the Quebec climate. Our mature Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines give good results and the Pinot Gris sets up very well.
